Introducing

Oscar the Wascar
(the goldfish)

Garrett's first (and only) pet

Last Sunday in primary Garrett learned to be thankful for fish. He has a very creative Primary teacher and she always sends something fun home. Well this time she sent each of them home with their very own goldfish. (she really wanted them to be thankful for fish) We were all so very excited, especially Garrett. He's always wanted a pet.

Some fun things about
Garrett and Oscar the Wascar
:

*His fish is always hungry
*He's sure fish like McDonalds

*His name took a really long time and was a hard decision
*Fish can swim really fast, too fast for him to catch
*Oscar the Wascar is too cold and Garrett is sure
he would rather have warm water
*Garrett says good morning and good night to Oscar the Wascar every day
*His name is not Oscar it is Oscar the Wascar

Our Little boy...

Carson Gheral Brownlow was born on 4/8/08 at 6:50 pm weighing 7.9 lbs and 19.5 in tall. He is such a handsome little guy and we are so happy for him to finally be here!! We went home on thursday afternoon and have enjoyed getting to have grandma here for the whole thing! It has been a transition that is for sure, with me being sick and Jeff getting sick from me things are really fun around our place. Carson can't wait to meet everyone!

Grandpa took these pictures of Garrett and Skyler before Delaina left to go back home so I thought I would share them with everyone. :) We enjoyed having them here.

Easter is quickly approaching!!!

Hey gang,
Just curious what everyone was doing for Easter this year. I've been reminiscing about Easter's past. We used to have so much fun back in the day when we all went to Grandma Skousen's house and had a big easter egg hunt and then had a big lunch. I miss all of those fun times. Now that we are all spread out I'm sure most of you will be starting your own Holiday traditions. Give me some ideas on what you are going to do for fun this Easter. I love hearing what everyone else loves to do :-) Mother, we should have a big Easter Egg hunt, with the grandkids that are in town, in your back yard. Gina, what time are you at the Wright's this year?????

Love ya,

Amber
